Hi!
I am looking to sell my freehold condominium unit at D17 once valuation caught up with my purchase price. If i could sell, then I'd need to look for either a 3-room HDB/Condo near MRT (Bedok/Simei/Tamparea) for rent or resale. My intention is to wait till the property price drop before buying another private property. Please advise is this a wise move.
