hi, i am looking to invest a condo in town area. but i am looking for the type of house that have 2 level(isit called duplex?) in it but with less than $1mil budget.which condo can i find that have this layout in town
and must be 999 or FH

Hi Mr Ho,

You may wish to relook at your budget as your budget is insufficient to even secure a similar unit in the outskirts. Anytime if there is such a unit available, I am pretty sure that the agents will have bought it themselves and sell it at a profitable price.

You may want to look at freehold or 999 years leasehold unit with about 2 bedrooms around 1000sqf in the east, west or north of Singapore instead.
