Hi Mr Dobber,

The current market value of Costa Del Soh based on past caveats are priced at 1250psf - 1350psf (est). The lowest priced unit within the last 30 transaction are lodged at $854psf.

Hi Sir, I think $1250 - $1300 is history. Saw many sellers letting go at $900psf and below ... If u have any below $800psf, do let me know. I would like to take a view.
