Hi, I am looking for a 1 bed in the Paya Lebar area ideally I am/was looking at Katong Regency as I have stayed there in the past and loved it, but it seems the price in the last few months has shot up and now out of my budget. I was looking also at dweave but it seems non available at the moment, I am open to other places around the area my budget is upto $3500 depending. I would prefer unfurnished or partially furnished as I have some of my own furniture like sofa, TV, office desk.
