Hi I am keen in 4 bedroom condos for my family, my budget is 1.5mil, prefer freehold, am considering Pasir Ris, Ris Grandeur, any comments?

Hi,

For a budget of $1.5M for a freehold 4-bedroom, Ris Grandeur is a great option in my opinion if the location works for you. Considering new projects such as Livia, Oasis, NV, Palette etc asking for similar psf, Ris Grandeur would continue to be an attractive option being the only freehold in the vicinity.
