May i request you to write to me on how many bedroom unit are you looking at, tenure whether leasehold or FH. Quantum to be considered. and when do you wish to movein.

I am quite familiar with the area that you mentioned, so you can feel free to contact me if you want.
The the properties around there are mainly freehold, hence you can probably get something that is freehold as well.
Newton:
There are a few condos that would easily match your expectation around newton circle, however, quantum would be higher. There are also quite a number of new projects there as well. It is one of the preferred area for tenants who work in CBD with a lower rental budget.
Novena:
They are generally "under valued" in my opinion as although it is in D11, it has the lower quantum of the district. Mainly resulted from its vicinity to the hospital. However, that would be where your main tenant profile can come from.
