Hi I am interest in D9 condos but have only $1.2m budget , recently I saw this apt - Langston Ville . It's selling price seems below other apts in the area . Could someone advise if it's a good investment ? I notice a few new condos around it's vicinity , any idea what they are ?

They are some new projects building. these projects are going at 1400-2000psf.

Langston Ville i would say is pretty much value for money for this part of District 9. Situated in between Aspen Heights and Martin place residence, it is the entry level for young couple entering into the property investment circle. I have sold 5 units there in the past 6 months and rented out one. Also there is one i am putting up for rental, designer decor and fully furnished... another unit will be listed soon for sale...
