Hi I am an expatriate and will be moving out of present condo to other place in and around clementi by next june. When shall I start to look for rent/buy condo/exe HDB?

Hi You still have plenty of time to look and choose from.

You should start to do research and what kind of property you are looking at.

Most importantly your budget again to rent/buy.

As it is still at early stage. do sms me your email so I will give you updates on any property listings I have that suits your requirement.
