Hi I am a retiree. I own 2 properties.
A condo valued at $1.3m fully paid and a

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Yes you can. It is not a refinancing but more of an Equity Term Loan. Indeed this is often used by many investors sometimes not just in properties but also their businesses as well.

Maybe you can drop me an email, sms or call and I can try to advise you further and subsequently introduce you to bankers. Thanks.

Hope to hear from you soon.
