Hi,
I am a relative of a homeowner residing overseas. I hold EP and have been using this address as my residential address. However, when I want to extend my EP, I found out that I am unable to reuse this address as this property is blocked by property owner in FWTES. When I asked her, she had no idea how could this happen, so I called MOM regarding this issue. MOM said that they required the landlord to submit a tenancy agreement and IRAS property tax to them. I had no idea how to draft a tenancy agreement as of my knowledge, I do not need to draft one since there is no rental fee. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

The homeowner has to log on to FWTES, under block property - to allow any work pass holders to be registered in their property before you could register.
