Hi, I am 38 yrs old Singaporean male. I had been suffering from depression and been unemployed for years. With my unemployed status, can I applied for HDB flats with my father(60 yrs old, Divorced, Child Custody)as co-owners using my father's CPF, given that this is my first time applying for HDB flats and had not applied for CPF Grant or Housing loan...? What are the chances with my unemployed status...?
