Based on how you had mentioned, I presume that your other 3 properties are going to TOP in 2013/2014.
I would like to highlight 2 factors to you,
1) Financially, are you able to hold on to these properties when these projects all TOP at the same time.
2) The location of your properties, are you able to get tenants easily? If you can’t, are you willing to rent out the properties at a slightly lower price?
In my personal opinion, it is good for you to hold on to the properties as long as you can as properties prices will be going up in the long term.
However, depending on the location of your properties, you may face some oversupply in term of rental demand. Meaning that you may take longer time to find tenant, so are you able to hold on to these properties financially?
