Hi Guys,

I'm currently looking to purchase a 2/3 room unit around the D21 area and was surprised at the difference in PSF between Cavendish Park and Astor Green. Astor green is approximately 200 dollars cheaper PSF even though it's 4 years "younger" than its neighbouring Cavendish Park. Would one of you guys care to share what I'm missing out on? Thanks.
