Hi guys,

i have a question, my sister is considering divorcing her husband as he is deep in debt due to very bad spending habits and doesnt come home much and doesnt contribute to the family financially too. But as she is a homemaker and the house is currently/was paid for by the guy using his cpf, what happens during a divorce? will she be able to get the house?

another point is the guy didnt pay for the upbringing of the 2 kids as my sis is the one who pays for all or most of the stuffs that is used eg. school books, uniform etc. my mom had to pay for downpayment as well.
