Hi Guru's, will appreciate your view on this situation:
2 yr Rental agreement between Landlord (me) and a Company as Tenant per the contract (the actual company employee cosigned but is not named as tenant). Now the company is sending the employee abroad and gave early termination notice per diplomatic clause.
Question: Is this early termination valid since the "Tenant" of this agreement is the actual company (not the employee who is leaving)?
