Hi Gurus,
We are looking forward for the launch of 76 Shenton Way by CityDev. What is the expected psf range for the preview flats?
How does this compare with the launch of 'The Altez' by Far East nearby? I saw psf values starting @S$1700 and upwards close to even S$2200/psf.
Comparing with the earlier launch of The Clift, Lumiere, Icon nearby, the starting psf in the new launches looks steep in the current envoirnment.
I'm seeing transactions of $1300-1500 for the Icon and $1500-1600 for Lumiere and Clift which are closer to completion. Is this price range for the new launches justified or is it just that the developers are taking as much as possible off the table before the market turns down.
