please advise rental expectation for a large, brand new, 1 bedder at Suites@Topaz (500 m from PP MRT) of about 45 sqm?

Based on current rental market and its location, this one room apartment should be able to rent out at approximately S$2,500.00(unfurnished) to S$2,700.00 (Fully furnished.
