Hi,

You should do a calculation regarding the amount of money you will be getting from rental compared to the amount of money you will be getting out of the sales to determine if you should sell it.

For example, if i can show you that you can sell the current unit, use the cash to buy another property with a better yield, it would make sense to restructure your portfolio rather to keep the property.

It all boils down to the numbers.
