Evening,

It's really hard to say at this moment on how much HDB units in Jurong East will appreciate. It will also depends on how the economy fair during this period. However, it's definitely geared for good appreciation, similar to Tampines. When WESTGATE Mall is ready, on top of the new bus interchange and business hub, it will be the only town with 4 malls, a hospital and a integrated interchange.
With the 5 years MOP requirement, it would definitely be enough for you to see some appreciation.

    Thanks for sharing your views. What profit range do u think i should sell in order to have sufficient cash to upgrade to private housing? Is 150k after staying for5 yrs consider gd profit?Tks
