Hi Siew,

Property guru's valuation is more conservative since it is instant and online.

To get a more realistic valuation, the bank's valuation will be more reliable since the loan will come from the bank.

Eunos Green is very good for own stay since it is near to MRT and amenities. The downside is that the condo is quite old and you need to check if the condo/unit is well-maintained.
