Hi Gurus,
I rented a whole unit in a condo to stay with my family and moved out when the lease expires. However, after 20 days later the landlord wanted to charge me another month rental for being uncooperative for not returning his keys on time and for not servicing his air-conditioners which caused the unit for not being able to rent out despite many viewings. Is this reasonable for the landlord's behavior in the eyes of laws? What should i do?
