Hi Gurus, I need to rent a 2 BR unit at Maplewoods or Bukit Timah vicinity for one month from Sept 5, 2010 while my unit being renovated. My budget is 4,000 + I am willing to pay $500 in agent's fees. I would think arrangement this would be amenable to owners of a vacant unit that is up for sale (we can rent while they look for buyers or while waiting for completion date)? Pls. Can anyone help? Thanks.
