Hi Gurus, I jointly own a private apartment in Singapore with my wife. In planning for my will, I would like my wife and son to be beneficiaries to this property. My son has worked overseas for many years since his graduation and took up foreign citizenship. What are the costs and implications of having my wife (Singaporean) and son (foreigner) as beneficiaries to my property? Or how would you recommend to do this? Thank you.
