Hi Gurus,

I have a unit in Central Imperial which I would like to sell. The unit is at 3rd floor, 609 square feets. I would like to find out the market value of it. Planning to sell it next year after January.

Appreciate your input on this.

Resale Competition is high in the area with PSF about $1200-1300 PSF
Assuming SSD remains, you have to consider the taxes on your profits. 4%-16% of selling price, which will almost cancel off your capital gains.

Solution is to rent out as long as you can hold. 3-4% rental yield is a good yield.
