It all depends on what's your objective. Whether you are looking for rental yield, get passive income, or you wants to sell and use the capital gain for other investment.

As TOP is near, you may start to have it market now. Should price reaches your target, you may sell, if not, upon TOP, you may also get your agent to conduct an open house for you to sell at your target asking.
