Renting Property

Hi Gurus, I have a new 2BR (520 sf) near Lor 3X, Guillimard road, about 500m to both Aljunied MRT and Dakota MRT. Please advise what is the expected rental.

Hi,

A good reference point would be The Midas at Geylang Lor 30. The typical asking rent based is approx $3.50 psf. As such, a reasonable expectation would be $2K to $2.4K depending on it's facing/view/furnishing etc.

Hi,

The rental around that area for a 2 Bdrm unit is around $2.5k.
