Hi JC,

It would be wiser if you are able to determine how much rental do you expect for your investment rather than following the market trend. The rental amount should fulfill your investment objectives which of course should not be a ridiculous rate. Typically 1 will look at 4-5% rental yield based on the purchase price of unit.
