Hi Gurus,
I am a SPR and own a studio apartment which was rented out
till last month and now it is vacant. Can I apply for an owner occupier tax rates with IRAS until I get a suitable tenant? I am currently staying in a rented house, so do I need to physically move into my vacant apartment to qualify for the tax rates?
Advise would be appreciated.
