Hi Gurus, can anyone give me an idea what Kingsville would be worth? This is a semi D land area 3300 and 2.5 storey 4 + 2. Should per sq ft calculations be based on the land or built up? I see that landed properties are getting smaller in land and larger in built in area so how does one factor in the pricing for older and newer semi Ds? Should I be better off selling this leasehold property at 102 years and buying an inner city apartment? Does anyone know what happens to the land and property price when it comes close to the end of the leasehold time? i am afraid I am unable to take calls or make calls due to my work and I am based overseas.Kindly reply by email and i will contact the agent who is knowledgable in this area. Thanks for your time.
