Hi Gurus,

Appreciate your sharing/advice based on your experience and houses you have seen and come across:

1. For condo, how do we determine if a wall can be removed based on the floor plan?; and

2. For 3rd toilet in the yard, are we able to remove the toilet walls and seal the WC to create more space? Thanks!

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
If you have the original floor plan, it is indicated on the plan. If the condo layout does not look like the floor plan, then there is a modification.
For the other issues, better to get a contractor or interior designer to advice you.

there is always a master floor plan and approval as original in BCA archive. anything other than that is modified.
