Hi Guru,I'm helping my boss to find out the bedroom types for The Arc @ Draycott as it was stated in the condo details as 2 bedrooms (1130sqft ) & 3 bedrooms (1270sqft) but when I browse through the listings, I saw some units with 1432sqft,2228sqft and even 4144sqft. Please guide me,thkq.

Hi, to my knowledge, there are only 2 sizes there and they are : 2-Bedrooms (1,130 - 1,130 sqft) and 3-Bedrooms (1,270 - 1,270 sqft). Kindly let me know if your boss decides to buy. I have a few units there for sale.
