Hi Nraj,

Personally, I feel that Hillview will be faster in terms of capital gain. Although alot of planning has been done for the Jurong West area, physical work has not begun yet. However, the MRT tracks near Hillview have already begun contructions for months. This coupled with recent land sales around the area by the government has boosted the sale pricing of the developments in the vincinity. This could also be due to the reason that Hillview was already in a 'pricey' area to begin with. Read More
