Telok Kurau used to be a famous and expensive spot in East Coast. After the plot ratio has changed, it becomes an environment with mixtures of landed housing and apartments.

In D15, the cream of landed housing are in Goodman area and Siglap. As for private apartment, near amenitites are key. Especially units with sea view.
