Recent transactions in North Park Residences for the last 12 months is between 1471 psf to 1715 psf range. For a 624 sqft unit, assuming 1593 psf, it should be approximately $994k.
It also depends on unit condition, level, facing, block and also rental rates achieved. Happy to share more on how best to try to maximize the chances of a good price outcome.

Ivan understood there's urgency to sell my private property too within the given timeframe, provided me with assurance and solutions. When the sale of my private property commenced, it was during the Covid-19 pandemic period; whereby, only 2 unique visitors were allowed to view the property on any given day. Notwithstanding this, Ivan somehow managed to arrange many viewings in the weeks ahead & from time to time, he would also update me on the viewers' feedback (if any), after their viewings.
