Hi Guru, we just moved into a new house and there are quite a lot of things broken, So far it appears that the landlord is unwilling to fix anything. We shared an list via mail to the agent that is managing this but it looks unlikely that they will be willing to do anything 9only reply received after two weeks is "list is to long" without any explanation or offer of things that they are willing to fix). We have looked at our options but for all options it appears that we need the landlord's address which we do not have. We do have an address on the proof of ownership but we do not believe the landlord lives on the address that is listed in the deed of ownership. Is it correct that the landlord does not need to provide their address to us? And can we use the address on the proof of ownership document? Thank you :)
