Just want to check, if our MOP is until 5 April 2011, when should I start to look for buyer and when can the transaction complete? It is to say that when can I offer the Option to purchase form to the buyer? E.g. On 6 April 11 to offer the Option to Purchase form, or on 6 April 11 can be HDB first appointment if I have already found a buyer by then. Is there any way I can sell the flat earlier than 2.5 years MOP? Thank you.
