I've 2 common rooms to rent out, BLK265 Yishun St22. Room are fully furnish, Aircon (9pm-9am), high floor windy and unblock, lift landing, light cooking allow (no oil). Unit is next to corner. Like to know the market price.
Would rent to M'sian single lady only, owner are young couple and would like to have max 4 ppl (rent out to single lady each room) living in a 4S unit for more privacy.
