Hi Guru ,
If I as a landlord wants to have a early termination for my tenant agreement which is currently still in service of 6months (agreement length is 1 and halve years),
due to my family wanting to move back to the apartment , how should this matter be approached ?
Additional info:
I’m willing to let off some month rental as I do know that I’m am breaching the contract
