Hi Guru,
I am SPR and holding a HDB unit which I have purchased it from the resale market, Now I want to get the second property prefereably a Condo and wants to retain the HDB as well.
Now below are the questions:
Q1. Can I purchase EC which is 5 yrs old and can simulatenously hold the HDB ?
Q2. Can I purchase EC which is 10 yrs old and can simulatenously hold the HDB ?

Hi PPB,

Yes, you husband can buy EC more than 5 years old, provided you had fulfill the MOP. You can hold the 2 properties at the time as well.
