It is not mandatory to assign an exclusive agent, however it is highly encouraged to do so, to avoid duplications of tenant profile and will also allow you to have better price control over the rental. I have been dealing with rental over the past 12 years and I have also established an expats community with over 12,000 members which is a regular source of tenant pool for my rental assignments.
