Hi Andryanto,

As a foreigner, you will be eligible for most type of private residential property other than landed housings outside Sentosa island. Please do take note that you will be subjected to Additional Buyers' Stamp Duty for your purchase as a foreigner. On top of this, should you require financial loan for the purchase, it will be great to work your sums out with a banker first prior to jumping onto the bandwagon for house-hunting due to the recent implementation on home loan regulations by the MAS.

Once all these are fixed, let me know your requirements to match units.
