Hi Guru,

I am exploring an ideal. It is possible to reconstruct a landed property through legally partition the upper and lower floor into sub-unit (comes with 2 bedders, kitchen etc...) In other words self-contained units within a landed prop.

The idea is interesting. But may I know the purpose behind such contructions. Is it for own stay or more for rental purpose? Or is it selling it as both two units to 2 different parties.
