Hi. Guru, I am almost buying a ridgewood condo high floor unit. Base on thr RP of 1.27 billion, Do you know what a 2002 sq ft unit( inclusive of parking lot) would fetch during an enbloc assuming that is the price? If I buy a unit at the current market rate can I still make profit in an eve t of enbloc.? Also for 30 years old unit how is the water leaking problem?
