Hi guru, how would I know the market value of the property? The apartment is a small project (only 24 units), but with full facilities (bbq pits, swimming pool, gym, 24 hours security, etc), only 441 sqft, 10 minutes walking distance from Eunos mrt station along the Still Road and Joo Chiat Place. The apartment will be ready in end of May this year, how much can I sell it? And how much If I would like to rent it out?
