Hi good afternoon Sir, I've got some question to seek for your advice. My Name is Thomas Chew, I would like to know if I'm eligible to apply for a bank loan * If * I currently under CCS bank repayment scheme. I'm thinking of getting at least a 3 room flat. I have an amount of $210 over thousand in my CPF account. My age is 49 this year. Please kindly give me some advice.

I can no longer apply for a HDB housing loan as I had taken twice for 1 of my previous open market flat & another one for my BTO flat. But now I'm already divorced and no longer owns any property cause it's already being transferred to my ex- wife. Please kindly give me an advice on how to get a loan for my next purchase. Thank you
