Hi Friends, I am helping client who is looking to rent a place for business, bungalow or close where there is ground and plenty of rooms, the business is more of counselling and play for children.

Location wise, it must be in Bukit Timah areas, near RGS, Hwa Chong, Nan Yang Girls, NJC, or location near UWC, Dover Rd or Portdown Rd or Turf Club Rd.

Dover Rd, Folkstone Rd, Deal Rd, Maidstone Rd, Sandwich Rd,
Portdown Rd, Weyhill Close, Working Rd, Westbourne Rd, Whitechurch Rd
Turf Club Rd

Those old white * black British colony houses will be our preference.
