Hi Experts,
I intend to purchase a 2 rooms condo for investment and do not know which district to go for. Currently, I have 2 in mind, District 15, freehold but no near to MRT selling above $800/-psf The other one, in fact, beside Potong Pasir MRT-Woodsville@28 but is 99 year leasehold selling. At the current situation, to rent out is quite tough if TOP is around 2009. Should economic recovers after 2010, can woodsville@28 can easily be rented out. Please advice - tx
