Hi Experts,
Cosmopolitan, Trillium and Centenia Suites are all going to cross $2000 psf.
Please let me have your view on Mirage Tower pricing. Also, since Mirage Tower is an older development, how much psf lower should it be priced to sell compared with its new neighbours? Thanks.
