Hi Ms Sara,

There are minimum 2 basic conditions your younger sister has to meet:
(1) at or above 21 yrs old
(2) Has the financial capacity to take over your share.

The rest of the terms shall be does not own any private property local or overseas etc. etc complied to HDB terms and conditions of owning a HDB flat.

If your sister more or less meets the 2 basic conditions, I would suggest to approach HDB at HDB hub on the ground floor for assessment.

By the way, kindly approach the HDB branch office to express your intention to do so especially you might not have fulfilled your minimum occupation period of 5 years.

First Your sister must be of legal age of 21 years old. Then Your brother and sister must have the financial capability to take over the loan and repay whatever CPF OA funds you had utilised.
