hi, does anyone know of what would be a good tenancy termination clause (by landlord) for 2 years lease?

Also, what recourse does a landlord have if the tenant does not allow the place to be viewed?

Morning,

I believe it would be good to contact your servicing agent who had assisted you on the rental. He would understand the clause stated within your TA better.
Alternatively, if you are seeking another agent to assist you, we will need to know what have being stated in your TA.

Hi, you could refer back to your agent for assistance. If you do not have an agent representing you in the first place, I suggest the best way is thru negotiating. And perhaps bringing the TA which was signed to the tenant and see how to solve the current issue peacefully.
